Artist book and a birth course with midwife Tine Aaserud in the chapel at the Oslo Cathedral. Crossing birth science with the histories surrounding two famous art works, «Étant donnés» by Marcel Duchamp and «L’origine du monde» by Gustave Courbet, the project explores the basis of all common human experience: We are all born.
